TariffAI™ is operated from 101-300 Sheppard Ave W, Toronto, ON M2N 1N5, Canada. These terms apply when you visit tariffai.ca, join the founding program, or submit your catalog for review.

The CA$9.99 Founding Pass reserves your place in the founding beta and includes a catalog-readiness audit. The pass is credited toward your first subscription. No subscription is charged until the product launches and you choose a plan.

Features, plans and launch timing may change based on what we learn from founding merchants.

TariffAI provides AI-assisted classification suggestions and catalog-readiness reviews. It does not act as a customs broker or issue binding rulings. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your declarations. Confirm critical classifications with a qualified customs professional.

You keep ownership of the product data you share. You give us permission to use it only to deliver your audit and improve the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. If you are not satisfied with your founding audit, contact us and we will work with you on a fair resolution.

To the extent permitted by law, TariffAI is not liable for duties, penalties, delays or losses that result from customs decisions or from information you provided. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
